row and column headings are tinuy - how do I make them larger?

I'm using Excel 2016 on a Windows 10 system with the latest (creators) update.  When I use Excel, the row and column headings are very tiny and I can barely read them.  I can find no option to change the size of these headings.  Can anyone help?

    Dennis,

     

    try changing the font/font size of the cell style "Normal".
