Rotation dot line is not appeared when copy a Cell in Excel

Hi Everybody,I tried windows setting "disable ... "I reinstalled office 365....I reset the properties ...&nbsp;nothing happened the rotation dotted line is not appearing once I am copying a cell in excel.&nbsp;my little kid made this magic but I could not fix it after 3 months...&nbsp;have you experienced it? any solution, please ...&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;
