Right Margin
HOW do I fix the right margin? I have both left and right margins set at zero. I have it to fit one page. No matter what I do, the right margin still remains about one inch from the right side....

TeresaTAO Struggling with the same issue, after being sure all printer pages are aligned with excel page.
I found a temporary workaround clearing the Print Area and setting a new "Page Layout | Set Area" on the page break borders.
I think it works till something will spoils it again (I need to identify what).

I'm still experiencing this issue.
In my case:
1) It happens much more frequently when you have a lot of rows\columns forcing to use strong scale reduction factor to print.
2) It is frequent to find workarounds that often doesn't avoid experiencing the issue again. I have Excel accessed\modified by many people so I'm not sure if freezing the layout would keep the workaround working.
3) Now, in a "try and error" mode, I just change the vertical size of some rows (+-1 unit) and soon or later, all of a sudden, the vertical dimension works again.
4) I have the perception it is due to some issue with the SCALE rounding. Like the "FIT to one page" works just with UNIT so that probably in a dimension the best fit is 70.9% that become 70% to staty all in the page, creating the white space.
In this case if you reduce just a bit you would request 71% that is correctly managed.
My percepton
