Returning a value after matching multiple criteria

Looking for a formula on cell "I2".  Blue Bike and Press from Table 1 need to match Blue Bike and Press from Table 2, then cell "I2" needs to return a value with qty of 3.   I don't have IFS function available.  Thank you.
