Retrieving EO Data Dynamically in Excel (Particularly Distribution Groups)

Looking for a way to pull Exchange Online data dynamically into Excel via a Query. Is this possible?

Objective: I need to have a shared Excel spreadsheet that dynamically updates all of the current distribution groups in Exchange Online including members of said DLs.

Currently, I am using powershell to export this information into an CSV file but this is completely manual on-demand.
