Retain copy not working

Retain copy: Copy your cells, and before you paste, you can still do other tasks like typing or inserting cells. In build 16.0.8201.2102 not working...

Works for O365 subscribers. I'm on this build, no problems

  Yah, these days all new functionality is for O365 subscribes and seldomly is added for the rest with major releases
