Retain conditional formatting across worksheets

I have a hierarchy of worksheets: the base level of worksheets retains the basic data and, inter alia, includes conditional formatting in each of the individual arrays (using three colour rules, red for high values, green for low).  The mid level of worksheets (2) uses VLOOKUP formulae in a series of named formulae.  The top level I call the 'Front Page' and this asks the User a series of options via dependent drop down boxes to provide a series and total of values - which are important to the User.  What I would like is for the conditional formatting from the base level worksheets to be carried through to the 'Front Page'.

 

Is this possible - and of course, how?
