Restricting Find/Replace to single column

In office 365 it can only be set to "Sheet" or "Workbook" (NOT "Selection")

I found that it works for search, but not for "replace all".I think I just figured this out.
ctrl+H
select options>change search to by columns.
type in your "find" what and "replace with". click find all.
Then select the column you want to change.
