Resource Tracking by Date
Hi all,
I am trying to make use of excel to create a simple resource availability tracker.
Thought process:
- Sheet #1: to record project details including start & end date
- Sheet #2: allow user to input a specific date which will then show the number of active projects for that date
I will suppose formulae required would include: CountIF, AND, MAX, MIN
But I can't seem to string together a working formula. Hoping to consult the experts here!
More details:
- Device and OS platform, MacOS Monterey: version 12.0.1
- Excel product name and version number Excel for Mac, Version 16.56
- Excel file you’re working with or sample file with data – can't seem to find the attach file button but i suppose the above information should suffice. Happy to clarify more.
- Context and Expected result of:
- what - Formula to return the number of active projects on a specific date based on a list with start and end dates
- why - Resource tracker based on date input
Many thanks in advance!
Cheers and wishing all a happy new year.
I’ve had the same issue with messy PDF-to-Word conversions on Mac—it’s super frustrating! Tried a bunch of tools, but PDFGeker worked the best for me. It keeps tables, images, and layouts intact, plus supports batch conversions. Simple to use and gets the job done. Definitely worth a shot!
I followed this tutorial: (It worked great)
