Reset form (Check boxes) Excel

Hello, 

I am looking into an option to reset all check boxes excluding the one already checked as this will always be ticked with the press of a button (Reset Form).

I've looked around and it seems possible but I've not been able to implement it correctly.

The template of the excel sheet is attached and any help appreciated.
