Repeat the field names on all pages
I am doing an assignment and the video that I am using to help with it says to hit a button in the "Page Setup Launcher" to repeat the rows at the top and it does not work.

I think what it is talking about is under the Page Layout tab, click the Print Titles button which will open the Page Setup window (with the 'Sheet' tab selected):
then you can enter which rows to repeat on the top of each page in that 2nd box. Note this only repeats those rows on a print out (i.e. this is NOT freezing a pane in the active worksheet)
