Repeat Row is greyed out
I am unable to repeat row in the page set up area. I have checked I do not have multiple worksheets selected, my printers are all linked correctly and I am not editing another cell. I noticed this on a new spreadsheet however I have since noticed that all my spreadsheets have this section greyed out including spreadsheets which I have already inserted repeat rows.

Make sure that you open the Page Setup dialog from the Page Layout tab of the ribbon, and not from File > Print.

I have tried multiple ways. Via the page layout section, via the command shortcut and via the file page. Any other thoughts.
