We need more information. I have no idea what you mean by #1 and regarding #2: you cannot have a workbook with 31 worksheets with the same name.
I mean 31 different excel file .. Each is in Binary format , I need to change to MS excel workbook . and each 31 files have different excel sheet names . I need to change to common name "Funding"
