To set "Comic Sans MS" as your default font in Excel, follow these steps:

    1. Open Excel: Launch Microsoft Excel.
    2. Go to Options: Click on the "File" tab at the top-left corner, then select "Options" at the bottom of the menu.
    3. Change Default Font:
      • In the Excel Options window, go to the "General" section.
      • Under "When creating new workbooks," find the "Use this as the http://www.fontschanger.com" dropdown.
      • From the dropdown, select "Comic Sans MS."
    4. Set Font Size: You can also choose the font size here (the default is usually 11, but you can adjust it as needed).
    5. Click OK: After making your changes, click "OK" to apply the settings.

Now, "Comic Sans MS" will be your default font, and it will stay that way unless you change it manually in the future.

To specify the default font to be used for new workbooks, select File > Options.

General should already be selected in the navigation pane on the left.

In the section 'When creating new workbooks', select Comic Sans MS from the 'Use this as the default font' drop-down. Then click OK.

Thank you, but the only thing that shows up in the Options is " Regional Format Settings" and that only changes the language? I do not have the General Section?
