Remove leading spaces w/o removing all spaces

How do I remove the leading spaces / phantom spaces in this data without removing all spaces? I already tried using:

1. Find & Replace
2. Text to Columns > Fixed Width

The second option works for this small data set, but it would not work well with a large one.

All ideas are welcome!
