If I close an excel file without saving it, is there a way to reload that unsaved file?

Thanks for your reply. I've already tried this method but I learned it works for the only changes after 1 min.

For example, I filled a gap and suddenly closed the page without save it's not possible to reload with this method, only possible I close after 1 min from filling.
