refreshing cells scroll results

This is a simple question. When my spreadshhet recals, the celss change with a rolling motion. On my other laptop the new values simply appear, with no rolling motion as they refresh.

thje rolling refresh is driving me nuts. Hoe do I change from this setting to simply having the vaues change?
