Refresh Data in an Excel File and Move the Data to SharePoint

Good Day,

I have a question regarding Excel refresh function. So, what I want to do is I want to refresh the data in my Excel file, and copy the old data to my SharePoint. I want to copy the whole Excel file into my SharePoint. Is there any way around I can do this?
