Reference is not valid
Hi all,
I want to add a check box and I went to data >"customize ribbon" activate the "Developer". Then I wanted to erase the name of the check box and Now I can´t do anything nor close excel. Please help me! Thanks!

If you are on Windows, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to activate Task Manager.
In the Processes tab, right-click Excel and select End Task from the context menu.
You'll lose unsaved changes to open workbooks, but when you restart Excel, it will load recovered versions.
