Recover duplicate values on excel

Help!!! I accidentally hit remove duplicates and didn’t realize this was permanent!!! I’m not able to ctrl z or undo this and have gotten rid of SO much data. How do I recover this information?! I did this on the browser version of excel. Any help would be great!
