Hey Lorenzo,

 

I have a follow up question to this.

This is how the data is exported (annoyingly). As we can see, this person completed 1 survey, and the way the data is exported it looks like 3 different surveys, hence what prompted me to get your advice because I want to know how many surveys were taken yearly, month, etc., and this would give me off numbers.

After taking your advice, and making the necessary changes, this is what I get. As you see, we have 2 lines for this one person, which would calculate as 2 separate surveys. The data is being separated, instead of it all being one line, for one survey taken.

This is a random example, but I noticed it's done this for a lot of entries.

 

Do you know why this happens?

I'm not 100% sure why it happened but in your file there are more columns/different names than what you initially shared (next time provide the actual picture please)

I updated the query and checked a few records. Looks good...

    Hey Lorenzo 

     

    This is a completely different dataset to answer completely different questions than the first set, which is why this data is contrasting and has more columns.

     

    I thank you for sharing your knowledge.
