Re-ordering values in columns

HansVogelaar thank you. Your suggestion does not unfortunately work because I want to change the cell order from A to Z (not the values in the cells..) !
If I understand correctly, you'd need to sort Column A first and make a point to exclude the rest of the data even when prompted to select more. Repeat the same for Column B.
