i need the data from all the sheets in the workbook to link to one data sheet.
For now, it's not Excel ability that you need to bring to bear. It's plain old descriptive English. As you acknowledge, you've not been very effective in your explanation, and that is where we need to focus first. The two images you did include--they're only images, not attached files--don't totally make sense or correspond to your attempted description.
For example,
- you refer to wanting to get "only certain parts of the data [from Sheet 2], in this case B and F. There is no column F (assuming you're referring to columns) in the first image.
- And although it's reasonable to assume that if we could see all of column A in that first image, we'd see "160 - T" in some of those cells, that and nothing more.
- and frankly, saying there should be a "7 because there is 7 1's below for that Org" doesn't make sense if you're trying to copy the data over. That's a summary of something or other....
Unless the data in this workbook is confidential, you could help us by dragging and dropping the actual workbook into your next reply. If that's not possible, then see if you can provide a more complete description.

Thanks for your response. I have made slight adjustments to the spreadsheet so I can add it on here. This is SHEET 1. Each Column has a different sheet with different data.
I have had to tweak the below data due to confidentiality. What used to happen is when downloading a report, we would copy and paste into the relevant sheet, for example the one below is Flo Obs, then the data would filter its self and automatically be entered on the graph above. It would also change colour depending on how high on low the number is but that bit isn't important at the moment.
So once the data is on the correct sheet, the first sheet (SHEET 1) should then look like the below but with excel doing the work. This is too time consuming to manually input the data ourselves, we have many of these we do daily/weekly. I hope I have explained it better this time and given you a bit more information needed.
