How do I keep all my graphs visible in Excel when scrolling

Hi, I have tried everything that I can think of but with no success.  I find that everytime I prepare a series of graphs for a presentation only the first graph shows, and I have to wait a few secon...

This might not be a pure Excel issue, it may involve the video driver/circuit of the computer you are using.

There is an underutilized feature in Excel called the Camera Tool. Now in this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKygT17SIzs)  it shows how you can grab different ranges of cells and make a new arrangement of them.  Maybe you can take a camera shot of your charts and put them into the place you want them for fast display.

 

Another option is to possibly have each chart on a sheet by itself, and use some VBA code to advance to the next chat elegantly.

 

But the option that I think Microsoft had in mind is using PowerPoint for the display of the charts! I mean you want Wow factor... PowerPoint is it! Look at this YouTube video for an example (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lV10Hmn1-A)

    Thanks Gigi,

    I appreciate your time in replying.   All these suggestions sound good, but probably way out of my expert level.

    I just wanted a very simple excel document to record items for an issues register covering 35 different categories. I have set it up simply, so that all the formulas work, and the elderly people I hand it over to next week only just have to import the entries, and the magic in the spreadsheet does it work. Then when presenting to Board members all they have to do is click on the Master Summary page. 

    Now it looks very unprofessional (even for me as I didnt realise this would happen when I was showing them my demo). They don't know how many graphs they are supposed to be showing as only graph 1 appears until they start scrolling. It's overwhelming them and they wont use the document.  I am madly trying to create a document which meets my end users requirements.  So really need to just have the one document for them.

    The other suggestions sound really fantatistic and would work for those who have a lot of experience in VBA Code and Powerpoint, however, sadly this wont help those with no experience.  Simple is better.

    Thank you, I will keep your suggetions in mind for other clients, but for now I'll keep searching. I cant believe that just showing static graphs has to be so complicated.
