Hi there I am AJ and I hope that someone can help me with my problem in excel. The thing is one of my duties at work requires me to input several invoices and receipts (expense accounts) in Microsoft Excel. I prepared a table where column headings include date, supplier name and TIN, particulars, address, amount and expense accounts (for double entry system)Is there a formula or function in excel where if I put office supplies word in the "particulars: column, the figure in the "amount" heading will automatically be directed to the office supplies expense account? Thank you and I will be waiting for your answers.
