Data Types (Stocks and Geography) Do not Appear in Excel
I recently purchased the Microsoft 365 personal subscription specifically for the new Stocks feature under Date Types, but so far I have not been able to make it appear in my Excel program installed ...
Perhaps you are on semi-annual channel or so, not sure which ones are for your subscription, you may check at File->Account, looks like
If so try to update the channel, for consumer subscription it shall be an option on the same page. That costs nothing.
On current channel functionality was introduced couple of weeks ago
But any new functionality is deployed gradually. Especially with fresh install it could be some delay. You may wait few days or update on insider channel, that's relatively safe. At any time you may return back on Current.
