RE: Creating an excel geographic heat MAP

Hi,

I am a novice when it comes to using excel. Am trying to create a geographic heat map using excel.

Am hoping that someone can guide me as to how to create this.

• This will be a USA map showing all states that is set with color fill that shows the territories represented by multiple individuals. I would like to assign a specific color to each individual.
• Some individuals are not assigned to the entire state, so I need guidance as to how to set up the excel sheet so that I can subdivide certain states into regions all vs. N, S, NE etc.

I am not sure if this is possible using excel. If there are other programs that are recommended.
