Random date based on set values in multiple cell

Hello, 

 

I have around 1000 cells ( objekts) each objekt ha a risk class cell and an experience class which determents a set control time. based on that controll time and classes  i need to create an inspection frequency in a 5 year intervall. 

so based on the image, an Objekt vid class 2B will have 50H time distributet over 5 years. 

Is there a way to create a formula to set a random date within 5 years intervall based on the other cells?

    I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but I don't understand what 50H has to do with a random date in the next 5 yrs. Instead do you mean multiple random dates? And then again how do you factor the 50H in? Is it based on an 8hr day so you need 6.25 dates? and then what does "random" mean in this case? Because, for example, 6 random dates in the next 5 year COULD be days 1,2,3,4,5,6 and then nothing for the rest of the 5 years. And furthermore I presume you will also want to limit it to workdays? As you can see, we need a lot more info to help.
