Hi good day I'm applying for Report Analyst position to the company that I'm working with right now. They told me to show a dashboard that will show the 5 months score card of all agents in one particular LOB. I'm having difficulties to come up with the idea. Do you have any suggestion? Thank you.
- Just look for dashboard examples. Just create some basic KPIs for each agent (like customer satisfaction, quality etc... You can just randomly generate the figures for this (RANDBETWEEN()). Then create some sort of bullet chart (nice way to visualize this) with their KPIs vs target.
Create different regions where the agents are based and have a way to visualize it on a map.
Have like global target for each region as a line chart.
Just look for Dashboard from Stephen Few to get some ideas on how to present and design it.
I would then create the visualization in Power BI and publish it online so that you can share it with them, it will impress them.Thank you so much Steven. I really appreciate your reply. :)
