Quotation Marks - Losing my mind over Excel error

(=C4," ",B4) is not recognised as a proper formula. Perhaps you want to try something like this:
=IF(C4 , "" , B4)
In Italian that would be: =SE(C4 ; "" ; B4)
If this makes no sense, please show us the context in which you want to enter a formula.
