Question related to Convert into Date

Hello Everyone,

Suppose I have a EmpId data like

3710100951087 where -

37 is a Year of birth, so it should be come 1937

10 is a Month of birth

10 is a Date of Birth

So What formula should i write output should come in 10/10/1937 (dd/mm/yyyy) format?

Please help..??
