Query issue

I have a number of Excel files that I created from Microsoft  Dynamics 365 as Dynamic Files. When I open and refresh them, they pull the data from Dynamics and update the file, all great. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/user/export-excel-dynamic-worksheet#refresh-all-doesnt-work

However, I have two files that won't refresh, they give the error as in the attachment.

I have checked and rechecked multiple times, and the query settings are the same as in all the files that work fine. So it suggests the refresh link back to Dynamics, but the source reports in Dynamics are the same as the ones that work, just different in the fact that different customers are selected, with the rest of the Dynamics source report being the same.

Any suggestions?
