- JoshuaHughes1Oct 06, 2024Copper ContributorThanks again Hans, this is it - only issue i am having is i think it works on the 'Active' and 'Closed' and it's not capturing the 'Completed' i input 10 cases to test and all are accounted for except the 3 i set as 'Completed' is there something i am doing wrong?

The problem is that the drop-down on the 'Annuity Tracker' sheet has Complete, but E4 on Sheet1 contains Completed. If you change this to Complete, you should get the correct counts.
- JoshuaHughes1Oct 06, 2024Copper ContributorThank you so much for this, I never would of spotted that.
Now i know it can be done I will try and do some research on how it works as I will need similar for other areas of the spreadsheet, but i will give you a break! Thanks again
