Yes, that can be done.
Without seeing the actual workbook, it would be hazardous to venture to write the exact formula. But the FILTER function is one way that could be done. If you're comfortable playing with Excel, here's a reference that explains the FILTER function. If you're not, come back and post a copy of the actual workbook, not just images, with enough data filled in (fake names and so on) to be a real "test case."

Thank you so much for this Hans.
Do you know the formula you used? As in hindsight it may be easier if I just had all the names already on there and just had to update the month. Like below;I tried dragging down each column thinking the formula would carry over but no luck.
