pull data (from a different sheet)
I am attempting to pull data from the 1st spreadsheet to generate a report. However, it needs to be different based on the clients name.

'index match' can do that for you. If you google index match a lof of detailed tutorials will come up and I would recommend going through one and understanding how and why it works. It's very useful.
I've attached a copy of your work book with an example of it working.
