Protected View - Expiration - Secured documents

So I seeing documents that we download with this setting turn on. Is that coming from Excel Azure Protected View - Expiration. You can see the image attached.

Right now I see from documents coming a VDR - Virtual Data Room. So not sure if that is coming from them our system Excel.

We are just opening the docs in Excel.
