Project planer

Hello everyone

I don't need solution for specific problem more like suggestion. I need to make some kind of project planer were basicly we could see what is done and who is responsible (colour of object). I am thinking if this could be done via some graph in excel.

Basic idea is to have timeline at top or bottom.

• Biggest block is project itself where we can see from which day it started and should end
• We should also be able to hide or show steps of the project
  • this function should be available in futher steps like for first we can open project and see the steps and then open specific task and see breakdown of the problem

I don't know if this is specificly job for excel or it would be better to do it in Power BI. But i want to make sure that it would be impossible in excel because it would be easier for my coworker to change dates in there if something is changed.
