Hi,&nbsp;I need to calculate productivity of my team.&nbsp;&nbsp;In the attachment you can find data set.I am struggling with formula, because every agant can start the case but other can finish it and thay can work on different type of cases.

JakubBanda&nbsp;What I meant to ask is, can you calculate some of the percentages and include them in your example? What is the percentage you would like to show where. Once that is clear it can probably be calculated very easily with a formula.
