Productivity chart

In the attached spreadsheet, I want to create a chart similar to the one at the bottom of 'T2T' in a separate sheet. However, I want the new chart to show the productivity of each of the MOS types in column C throughout each month and year. In other words, the number of personnel with that MOS identifier that are involved in a test/task for each month. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
