Problem w/sheet I think?
Everyone : Am new to Excel and trying to generate a report via Excel. I am trying to do the following:
take a file in what I'm told is in .csv format.
this file shows in Excel as having 3 columns...

Hi there
Have you tried just dragging and dropping the columns into the order you want, and then saving it as a new file (so you keep the original in case something happens)?
To drag and drop a column:
- Click onto the column you want to move (e.g. A).
- Place your mouse in the line between the A column and the first cell, and you should see a four cross mouse cursor.
- Left click and drag to where column D is.
- Now move Column C (you said it had your headers) to where column A is.
- Reshuffle as required.
As there's only three columns, it shouldn't be too hard to shift them into the order that you want.
