Problem with Pivot table. Adding extra row...
Hi there,
We have ben doing basic pivot tables for a while now, but about a month ago, they changed on us. We now get a thried row that has the word TOTAL at the end of the item descrption. I have tried and tried to figure out how this row just appeared in our tables as it was never there before. I really need it to be gone as we print these reports and it is cuasing lots of confusion not to mention killing a few more trees being that the reports are now a third longer...please help! I would be forever gratful as would my staff...

Right click on Totals row cell within Pivot Table and in appeared menu uncheck Subtotal <filed name>

I don't know you but I LOVE YOU!!! I clicked everything I could think of inside the pivot table fields but not the row that actually had the "total" on it. You are my hero and I can't thank you enough. We are doing a happy dance!
