Problem with Photos when Saving as PDF with Adobe Add-In
No, this same problem happened to me and I was utilizing Excel's built-in functionality of selecting File, Export, Create PDF/XPS?. JKPieterse

I am having the same problem with saving photos in PDF. I use Adobe Acrobat pro DC. Reloaded etc.
Work around is to print as PDF but creates a large file & changes the page settings. Happens with single and multiple tabs. Esp Visuals and Quote tabs on attached

What I'm going to offer is more of a "work-around" than a direct solution. It would appear from the sample pages that several of you have provided that the photos are on pages of their own, perhaps as part of a real estate listing or parts catalog.
For the last several years I've very much appreciated how the PDF Expert software package enables me to edit PDF documents (insert pages, add photos or images, text, add page numbers, etc) after they've initially been created in MS Word or Excel.
Unless these are documents that you're creating on a daily basis, with images embedded in various spots throughout the Excel spreadsheet, since you're basically wanting to produce PDF documents for distribution, why not use Excel for what it's good for and PDF Expert (or some other comparable PDF editor) for what it's good for?
