Problem with negative numbers in charts

Hi! Im doing "net worth monitoring" in Excel on monthly basis. There is a lot of positive numbers like bank accounts balance, stock market balance and so on... But also there is negative numbers as for example loans that doesnt add up any net worth (student loan and so on). I tried to made chart of this and it went fine despite that in y-axel where is the total amount it won't calculate the total amount correctly. How can I get that y-axel to take in account that negative number also.

For example if I have:

Bank account +5000 euros

Stock market +4000 euros

Loans -2000 euros

It should show total amount of +7000 euros but in Y-Axel it shows that the total amount is +11000 euros so it adds up those all.  Still the -2000 euros goes below point zero in x-axel but for some reason it still adds up in the y-axel's total amount.

I hope you understood what I meant and can help in my problem?

Thank you Patrick! That would work if I would do this chart for only one month but my purpose is to monitor it every month and put information about the situation at the end of the month. So basically there should be timeline on x-axis where is bar for every month. If  you understand what I mean. I'm using stacked column chart.

Why not add one more series for the total and overlay that one as a line, like in the picture below?
