Problem with conditional formatting?
Hi,
I am having issues with trying to apply conditional formatting to my sheet. In column K I have the following doctors names Garnett/McCusker, Dar/McCusker, Childers/McCusker and then just Garnett, Dar, Childers. If McCukser is in a cell in column K then I need the corresponding cell in column A to highlight. Could someone please help me?

You may apply to column A (starting from A3 if apply to $A$3:$A$999 or so) the rule with formula
=ISNUMBER(SEARCH("McCusker",$K3))and attached
