Problem with Chart Axis in Excel
My chart axis shows only every other date, rather than every consecutive date that I want.

Subodh_Tiwari_sktneer yeah, I thought about the width, but that didn't affect it. Neither is it the number of units in the Format Axis window. the Major Units is set to 1 day. I'm still stumped.

What if you change the axis type to Text axis?
Also, right click the chart and choose Select Data and in there make sure that the horizontal axis is correctly set for all the series, if not, edit the horizontal axis for each series in the chart to use data in date column.

Subodh_Tiwari_sktneer date series is properly selected.
I appreciate the effort of the Community to help me out, but I really can't believe how inept MS support is. It's f-ing ridiculous.- livilynneMar 23, 2022Copper Contributor
John_Corzan510 I know I am rather late to this party but I came across your question while trying to resolve the same issue. I had tried all of the fixes suggested here and they were not resolving the issue. I made my chart ridiculously wide and it did not fix it, etc.. Here is what did work for me:
1. Select horizontal axis labels
2. Right-click & select "Format Axis"
3. Expand "Labels"
4. Change from "Specify interval unit" (was "1") to "Automatic"
5. Dates filled in immediately
