I have the file in CSV and XLSX and they both do the same thing.

What file format does your website need? Can you upload a sample file in both xlsx and csv to here which only contains som fictituous data (just 2 product rows would suffice)

The bulk upload in my software uses both CSV and xlsx.
I have attached a sample of both sheets and the problem columns are M in the CSV and O in the xlsx sheet.
They are the Description columns.

- JKPieterseJan 27, 2020Silver ContributorI suspect your website software doesn't like the alt+Enter character (ASC code 10) as a line separator, but perhaps needs a linefeed (ASC 12) or a carriage return and a line feed (ASC 13).
