Problem inserting cells on a worksheet

I am so sorry to all that gave my question consideration... Indeed a few rows were filtered but I really had not noticed then! As soon as I removed the filter the insert cell option returned.
Only offering a handy shortcut I use all the time to unfilter a spreadsheet: Alt + A + C. It's probably my favorite shortcut.
