Problem connecting segmentations to the map

Hi community! 

I’m having some trouble with an Excel map I created.

I’ve built a geographical map in Excel to track sales and distribution for my product in Mexico. The idea is to segment the map by regions, so that when I select a region using a slicer (segmentation box), the map should update to show only the provinces within that region and how the product is distributed there.

However, when I select a region, the map displays provinces that don’t belong to the selected region, and I can’t figure out why this is happening.

I hope this explanation makes sense—please let me know if you need more details. If you’re familiar with Excel maps and have a moment to take a look, I’d really appreciate your help.
