Problème INDEX et EQUIV

Good morning everyone,

Allow me to write to you so that you can help me to solve this problem.

Indeed, I combined the two formulas INDEX and EQUIV, and it worked well on cells and not on others. The formula being correct, I may not understand the exact concern, since it applies correctly on cells and not on others.

Je me permets de vous écrire afin que vous puissiez m'aider pour la résolution de ce problème.

En effet, j'ai du combinée les deux formules INDEX et EQUIV, et ça marchaient bien sur des cellules et pas sur d'autres. 

La formule étant correcte, mai je ne comprend pas le soucis exacte, puisqu'il s'applique correctement sur des cellules et pas sur d'autres.
