Printing to .PDF with a check box.
I recently created a template that uses check boxes. However, when I print to .PDF the check box does not show up or print. Is there a setting in the page set up or maybe formatting that will allow these boxes to print to pdf?

If you mean new checkboxes
Microsoft Print to PDF driver shall print them correctly
Perhaps you could give bit more details about your configuration - which checkboxes, which Excel platform / version, which driver

Thank you for the information, however the option of Microsoft print to pdf still doesn't produce a checked box on the pdf.
I use the check box from the insert tab, as you show here. I'm using Microsoft 365 desktop app. I also have Adobe Pro DC. I've used all the print, save, export, etc. print options and still no checked box printing on the .pdf. I've even looked at all the format cell options and have not found anything to select to make it print. At this time I can use the check mark feature in my Adobe program, however, I've got several other people I work with that like using my forms, but there are various levels of knowledge in the software. As well as some do not have the check mark feature in whatever version of their Adobe they are using.
Take this:
1. Use the Correct PDF Printer
- When printing to PDF, ensure you're using a reliable PDF printer like Microsoft Print to PDF or Adobe PDF.
- Some third-party PDF printers might not render checkboxes correctly.
2. Adjust Object Properties
- Right-click on the checkbox and select Format Control.
- Under the Properties tab, ensure that "Print Object" is checked.
3. Convert to PDF Using Export/Save As
- Instead of printing to PDF, try using the Export or Save As feature in your application. This often preserves all elements, including checkboxes.

Thank you for all these suggestions. I've just tried all of them. I have Adobe Pro DC.. I use the Insert tab for a check box, as the check box in the developer tab does print, it is so small you can barely see it. If I right click on the check box from the insert tab, there is no function control option, as it is just a format cell option. And any of your suggestions in the #3 item, they didn't print the check box as well.
I've even tried to make the check box from the developer tab bigger. It just makes the text box bigger and not the actual check itself.
